Luis Rene Pagan Velez, 60 of Deltona passed away on April 7, 2019. He was born on October 20, 1958 In New Jersey to parents Reinaldo Pagan Gonzalez and Elba Delia Velez Vega. Luis Rene is survived by his wife Noemi Oquendo; children, Erika G. Pagan and Jared R. Pagan; brothers, Reinaldo Pagan Jr and William Pagan; sisters, Wanda I. Pagan and Lizette Pagan. He worked at Ferreras Transportation and received a Bachelors degree from Universidad Interamericana in Puerto Rico. A visitation will be held 1:00pm-2:00pm, Saturday, April 20, 2019 with a 2:00pm service at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Fl 32763. Burial at 11:00am, Monday April 22, 2019 at Jacksonville National Cemetery with honors. Donations may be made to www.gofundme.com/pastorrene.
