Winifred B. Wheeler 91 of Deland passed away on August 6, 2015. Winifred was born on February 21, 1924 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to Carl L. and Mildred (Lane) Joseph. She moved to Deland in 1961. Winifred worked for First Bank of Deltona as operations manager and she enjoyed reading. She is preceded by her husband William in 1993. Winifred is survived by her children Judy Warensford, Bill Wheeler, James (Robin) Wheeler, and Martin (Sharon) Wheeler, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to VITAS Hospice at 2381 Mason Ave. Suite 100 in Daytona Beach, FL. 32117. There are no services scheduled at this time.
