William Perez's Obituary
William Perez passed into his eternal rest on June 1, 2026 at the age of 65 after a courageous battle with cancer . William was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 21, 1960 from parents Dalila and Manuel Perez.
William was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He shared 32 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Ana Perez, building a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. He was a proud father to four children and a loving grandfather to five grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense joy.
As a hobby, William found peace and satisfaction in working outdoors and working on his yard doing landscaping. A commercial fisherman by profession, William spent many years working in a profession that reflected his strong work ethic, resilience, and love for being on the water.
William will be remembered for his unforgettable personality. He was a joker through and through—often obnoxious, funny, and sometimes annoying—but always entertaining and capable of making people laugh when they needed it most. Beneath his playful and mischievous nature was a huge heart. He loved deeply, cared for those around him, and was always willing to help family and friends whenever they needed him.
He is survived by his wife, Ana Perez; children, Jessica, Anthony, Mariya and Isaiah; son-in-law, Euriel (Little); brother, Elvis Perez; his five grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends that will miss him dearly. William is preceded in death by his parents, Dalila and Manuel Perez.
Rest in peace, William Perez. Your laughter, love, and larger-than-life spirit will never be forgotten
