William Daniel Hogue's Obituary
William Daniel (Dan) Hogue of Deltona passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 26, 1946 in Newark, Ohio to parents, William H. Hogue and Patricia Haines Hepsworth.
Dan is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ann McKinney Hogue; children, William Daniel Hogue II (Brandy) of DeLand, Fl; John David Hogue (Sabrina) of N. Palm Beach, Fl.; and Rori Hogue Hoppe (Chuck) of Osteen, Fl.; brothers, John Hogue, Geoff Hogue, Gary Hogue of Arizona; grandchildren, Kialey, Blaine, Payton, Noah, Joshua and Luke Hogue, Tyler and Jacob Hoppe, and many other loving family members.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents, William and Gladys Hogue; Patricia and Les Hepsworth; brother, Douglas Hepsworth.
Dan graduated from Mesa High School in 1964 (Arizona). He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, golfing and the 19th hole. Dan volunteered coaching for numerous sports over the years and was one of the pioneers to bring Babe Ruth Baseball and Pop Warner Football to Deltona.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City, Fl.
In lieu of flowers, and if desired, friends may make memorial contributions in Dan’s name to the American Cancer Society or your local high school athletic departments.
