William "Billy" Martin Bailey III's Obituary
William “Billy” Martin Bailey III, 53, of Deltona, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022.
He was born January 6, 1969, in Roanoke, Virginia, the son of the late William M. Bailey, Jr. and Eleanor (Wade) Bailey.
Billy was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed all sports. He worked for many years at ASR in Verona, Va. and then worked doing geotechnical engineering services in the Deltona area.
He is survived by his wife, Annette Marie (Helmick) Bailey; two sons, Matthew Bailey and Alisha, and Marshall Bailey; two step-daughters Tausha Seay, and Tammy Seay and Jason Shultz; five grandchildren, Skyler Bailey, William Gibson, Bryce Seay, Daylen Seay and Allie Shultz; two sisters, Christina Bailey and Sandra Tyree; and three nephews, Justin, Victor and Shawn.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Green Springs on Saturday, October 1, 2022.
