Virginia (Ginny) Kay Roberts' Obituary
Virginia (Ginny) Kay Roberts age 78 passed away February 2, 2020. She was born July 10,1941 the daughter of John and Mary Wheat. Ginny is survived by her husband, Gerald (Jerry) Roberts. Children; Rebecca (Becky) Roberts Austin, Tami Roberts Parker (Drew), Daughter-in-law, Catherine Roberts. Sisters; Alice Wheat and Mary Lou Botma. 4 grandchildren; Meagan Stone, Cassie Roberts, Davis Austin, Murphy Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Alan Roberts, and siblings, Evelyn Cooper, Philip Wheat, Olive Cook, James Wheat, and Doris Carlson. Ginny was retired from Volusia County Schools food service and enjoyed gardening, bowling, cooking, hosting house parties, taking cruises with husband, UCF football, and tailgating mom. Donations may be made to alz.org in memory of Virginia Roberts. Family and friends will be invited to a celebration of her life in the coming weeks.
