Thomas P. Petzy, 88 of DeBary passed away January 25, 2017. He was born January 15, 1929 in Lawrence, Massachusetts to Angelo and Selma Petzy.Thomas is survived by his wife Joanne; son, Thomas of Methuen, Massachusetts; daughter, Carrie of Melbourne, Florida; son, Paul of New York; grandchildren, Olivia, Luke, Kyle, and Kortney. Thomas attended Lawrence High School, and served in the U.S. Army. His favorite hobby was Tennis. He served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA, and on the Board of Directors Firefighters Club and Treasurer.He was employed by the Lawrence, Massachusetts Fire Department and retired after 32 years of service. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Halifax Health Hospice/West Volusia Care Center, Orange City, Florida.
