Tamara Velicia Garner, 73 of Deltona passed away October 8, 2023. She was born on September 30, 1950, in Washington, DC to parents Allie and Emilie Embrey. Tamara is survived by her children, Barbara Anne Metcalf, Peggy Lee Brake and Charles Franklin Garner; sisters, Stephanie Barnett and Nina Holden; grandchildren, Chelsea M (Thomas) Allen, Charles-Michael A. Garner and Danielle L. Brake; great-grandchild, Thomas M. Allen, Jr. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles Francis Garner; sisters, Anne Gue & Bonnie Mattie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any local Animal Shelter in her name.
