My sincere condolences to you and the family, in the loss of your brother. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad and difficult time.
I first met (Randy)Steve when his brother Edward and I were in the 6th grade in Hialeah Florida. Edward and I became close friends and during the summers, we would all play "flies and grounders" till the sun went down...all through school, we were always together. Randy always had a great sense of humor. I will miss him too. Our prayers and condolences to Edward, Lesley,and family on the loss of his brother...James(Jim) and Jill Lowman
Had the privilege of working with Steve in Miami Florida and truly admired him for his knowledge, his perseverance and his patience. I learned so much from him and he will truly be missed by all.
