Steve was a friend. Someone who would do anything for anyone. He and I worked many jobs together and shared many memories. I remember one job in Puerto Rico when every day after work we’d walk to Church’s chicken for dinner only to find a sign on the door they’d run out of chicken and we laughed, I will miss his laugh. Steve I know you’re in a better place and the light there is brighter because of you, while down here the light is a little dimmer without you. I miss you buddy! Paul
Steve was a great guy! He was part of our family, we have known him for over 20 years. Quick memory, we had him watch our dogs, and the one escaped, but then came back in the yard, and while Steve was looking for the one the other 2 stole his lunch that he had left on the table. When we retired home we found the food wrappers under our bed. He was always there if you needed him. He worked for us for many years doing flooring, and at work if something went wrong everyone blamed Steve. The guys at work nick named him Savanna, because whenever Larry would leave the job, Steve would go right along with him, and get in the van which was a Savanna! He was a great lunch partner,because he was always hungry! He will be very much missed.
