In 1958, Sinclair began his career in service by joining the Royal Barbados Police Force, where he quickly became known for his dedication and calm leadership. A decade later, in 1968, he immigrated to the United States, reuniting with his beloved wife, Ruby, with whom he shared 65 years of marriage.
Settling in New Jersey, Sinclair began a new chapter in his professional journey at Princeton University, joining the Department of Public Safety as a security officer. A respected figure in Collegiate security, Sinclair was elected to the Executive Board of Directors of the North East Colleges and Universities Security Association (NECUSA). After his retirement in 2001, Sinclair and Ruby relocated to Florida, where they enjoyed their later years in peace and comfort. As devoted Pentecostals, their faith was a cornerstone of their life and a source of strength and guidance throughout their marriage.
