Shirley Fay (Rainwater) Willis passed away October 7, 2022 in Deltona, Florida. She was born December 6, 1936 in Drakesboro, Kentucky the daughter of Virgil Gillium Rainwater and Helen Louise (Smith) Rainwater.
Shirley is survived by her children: Timothy O. Willis, Daniel M. Willis, and Judith Fay Lacey all from Deltona, Florida; 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
She is preceded in death by two sisters; Norma Jean Rainwater and Sandra Kay Rainwater.
Shirley retired from Volusia County Clerk of Court. She graduated in 1956 from Thornton Fractional High School, Calumet City, Illinois.
