My memory of Shirley goes back as far as my memory takes me, as a small child. Our families, the Lamberts and O'Keefes, have been great friends for well over 50 years. I thought of Shirley as a second mom all through my childhood. I will always remember the joy of watching her play the piano and sing for us, and I'll always remember her radiant smile, her endearing laugh, and her gentle kindness. My family and I will hold her in our hearts and minds forever.
