Russell E. Heiser age 97 passed away July 24, 2017. He is survived by his wife; Marie H. Lacoste, and a nephew; Chester Frymyer. 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; Russell is preceded in death by his son William E. Heiser. He is retired from the United States Postal Service and received a World War II Army Purple Heart. Interment at a later date in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
