Rose Frances Cupicha's Obituary
Rose Frances Giermek Cupicha, 91 was surrounded by her family as she went to be with the Lord Friday, August 5, 2011. Mrs. Cupicha was born February 8, 1920, in Buffalo, NY. She married the love of her life Andrew Henry “Hank” Cupicha April 2, 1945. They were married 61 years when he passed away. She enjoyed bingo and playing cards. She is survived by her three daughters, Joan Songin (Casey) of Depew, NY, Andrea Tomasik (Phil) of Derby, NY, and Christine Montoye (Larry) of DeBary, FL. She was predeceased by her husband Hank and by her son Don Cupicha (Donna) of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two brothers and many cousins, nieces and nephews, and her loveable cat Rondi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, August 9 at 11:00 am at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Dogwood Tr., DeBary, Fl with Rev. David Gillis officiating. The family will receive family and friends Monday, August 8, 2011 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8 pm at Baldauff Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City, FL. Donations may be made to Halifax Hospice 3800 Woodbriar Tr., Port Orange, FL 32129.
