MARKHAM, ROGER D., age 63, of DeBary, FL, formerly of Ty Ty, GA, died Saturday Oct. 10, 2009 at Hospice of Volusia/ Flagler Care Center in Orange City, FL. He was born Oct. 5, 1946 in Guin, AL, the son of Banks and Ethel (Barton) Markham, Roger is survived by his wife, Elaine Markham, nee West; son: Banks Markam of Orlando, FL; brothers, Charles Markham of TyTy, GA, William Markham of Roswell, GA, and Wayne Markham of Sycamore, GA; granddaughter, Brittany Groover of Orlando, FL; he was preceded in death by a son, Christopher in May 2008. Roger was past president of the directors staff Shriners. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009 at Deltona Memorial Gardens in Orange City. Chaplain David Meyer presiding.
