Cathy and family...what a wonderful, beautifully written biography for your dad. He was much loved and will be missed by a lot of people, myself included. Due to my own situation, I hadn't been able to attend many recent family events, and I am so sorry for that. My loss is that I missed out on seeing your dad and your mom. I loved them both and enjoyed all the times I was able to spend with them...especially when we stayed with them and went to Disneyworld...pre-children. I am praying for and thinking of all of you at this time...love and miss you...Anne
Pops, words cannot describe how feel now. You were like a second father as well and I always treated you that way. I know you are in a better place, hanging with your beloved wife Martha and looking down on us as we now continue thru our lives. I do hope you meet my folks in heaven and tell them I'm doing ok. My heart is heavy, but I know you left all many memories and stories for a lifetime. See you in heaven my friend!
Where do we possibly begin?? From the 1st day that we met at a volleyball tournament in Chicago, you were like our 2nd Dad. We so enjoyed and looked forward to our special times together at volleyball and drinking a few adult beverages during and after.
