Robert Henry Moran's Obituary
Robert H. Moran of Orange City passed away on Dec 5, 2017 at the Fish Memorial Hospital in Orange City. Robert was born in Roxbury New York on Frog Alley. Robert retired as a meat cutter at Patrick Air Force Base .He did his tour of duty in the Navy in the late 1950's. He was a avid basketball player in his day.(Known as "Big Bob at the Bucket") He enjoyed hunting in Georgia with his son, Ted. The last nine years he enjoyed competition at the Orange City Shuffleboard Club. Survivors include: his wife Patricia Bellows Moran, son Ted & Michele Moran, daughter Kelly & Gil Poe, grandson Jacob Poe. and a brother Joe Moran. He is predeceased by a son James Moran, his parents Dan & Effie Moran, brothers John, Danny, Tommy & Herbert, sisters Helen, Mary & Effie Mae. A true family man, he will be missed by his family and friends. The Memorial Service will be held at the Baldauff Funeral Home 1233 Saxon Blvd Orange City, Friday Dec 15th at 2 p.m.
