Robert E. Goodin Jr.'s Obituary
Robert E Goodin, Jr., 62, of Debary passed away on April 4, 2020.He was born August 18, 1957 in Lawton, OK to parents Robert and Mary Goodin. Robert is survived by his wife, Jane Goodin; children Robert Goodin III, Stephanie Goodin, Michael Goodin and Christina Goodin; father, Robert Goodin Sr; and brother R. Shawn Goodin. He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Kindred Goodin, his sister Shelley Williams and his nephew Benjamin Williams.
Robert had a BS in Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla. He was employed by ABB, Inc. for forty years until his retirement in December 2019. He is described by coworkers as a mentor, a friend, and a man with a strong work ethic.
Robert was a family man who enjoyed playing cards, fishing, dancing, working on home projects and spending time with his family. He was a person who was always there for everyone who needed his help. He was always there for our family, encouraging us, loving us, and cheering us on. He liked to have fun. Even though he never wanted them, he loved every animal we ever brought home. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
