Robert Bruce Ellsworth II's Obituary
Robert Bruce Ellsworth II, age 66, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024 in Deltona, Florida. Bruce was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 10, 1958. He graduated East Brunswick High School in 1976 and Rider College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
He was a devoted husband and loving father. He met and married his wife of 33 years Christine Anne Chapkin April 28, 1991 through mutual friends in the former mall of Winter Park, FL. Their only child Ryan Bruce Ellsworth was born July 8, 1993 in Winter Park, Florida. Throughout his life, he was very successful in helping others with their finances, eventually working his way to Financial Costumer Service for the ASM research.
Bruce had many passions including bonding with his son through video games, movies and watching tv shows with his wife. He also cherished his 3 playful dogs, Molly, Benson and Baily. As much as he loved his job, spending time with his family was always priority and what he enjoyed the most. Being a father and loving husband was his greatest accomplishment and what he took pride in. Bruce loved making people laugh and enjoying good company.
Bruce is survived by his beloved wife Christine and their son Ryan, and his sister Sharon Bogner Ellsworth Coffey. He was preceded in death by his sister Virginia Bruce Ellsworth Bunyard, his brother Charles Crawford Ellsworth and his parents: Robert Bruce Ellsworth and Bula Dale Snyder Bogner.
