Robert Blackmon, 78 of Debary, Florida passed away on January the 8th, 2019. He was born on July the 22nd, 1940 in Muliins, South Carolina to parents Henry and Ruth Blackmon. Robert is survived by his wife Joyce M. Coulter Blackmon; children, Robert McKenna Blackmon, Patricia Blackmon, Alisa Harmer and Holly Tiso; Brothers, Oscar Blackmon, Late William Blackmon; Sister, Florence Taylor; 13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers; Gus Smith and Henry Blackmon. Robert enjoyed sports and computers.
