Ramsey, Richard D., 55, of Deltona, Florida passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014. He was born in Lakeland, Florida on February 5, 1959. Richard was preceded in death by brothers: Reverend Jerry Ramsey and David Batson. He is survived by wife: Rhonda Ramsey; son: Thomas (Denise) Ramsey; loving parents: Wendell and Connie Maddox; sisters: Davette Fulford, Sammie (Michael) Frank, Marion Ballenger, Daphene Leggett, Margaret Hill, Evelyn (Hoyd) Sanders, Bonnie (Michael) Bush, and Helen (Rex) Holloway; sister-in-law: Linda Ramsey and grandchildren: Riley and Baby Greene.
A viewing will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL 32763 with a graveside service to follow at Deltona Memorial Gardens.
