Phoebe M. DuVall 96, of Deltona passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. She was born on September 28, 1920 in West Charleston, Vermont to parents Gary and Hattie Wheeler. Phoebe is survived by her daughters, Donna Reichard and Deborah Banks; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dale Arthur DuVall. Phoebe was a retired Laboratory Technician at Mass General Hospital. She was a member of the Deltona Alliance Church and DAR, Daughter of the American Revolution. Phoebe’s hobbies included keeping up on news of family, baking, reading, crocheting, listening to music and watching NCIS.
