Phillip Formichelli, 66, passed away on Thursday July 23, 2015. Born May 2, 1949 in New York City, NY to Angelo and Josephine(Martinez) Formichelli. Phillip was a manager for USA services in Longwood, FL. He enjoyed going to church, collecting movies and traveling. Phillip is survived by his wife, Laura; daughter Barbara Clark; Son-in-Law, Aaron Clark; brother, Michael Formichelli; sister, Celia Tullio; grandchildren, Sean, Zachary, Samuel, Autumn and Casey. A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City, FL.
