Philip Donat Blais' Obituary
Philip D. Blais, 76, of Deltona, FL passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2011. He was born on June 23, 1935 in Danielson, CT to parents Isadore and Cecile Blais. Philip moved to the Deltona area in 1998 from his home town of Danielson. Mr. Blais served his country honorably in the United States Navy and retired after 19 years of service as a Bupersman E7. He was a faithful member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church for the last 19 years. Philip in his spare time loved to bowl, read, cook and work in his garden. He will always be remembered a loving brother and uncle. Philip is preceded in death by both of his parents and is survived by his brother, Paul E. Blais, Sr. (Doris); nephew, Paul E. Blais, Jr. (Melissa) and 6 great nephews. An inurnment will be held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at a later time. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Baldauff Funeral Home (386) 775-2101.
