Paul J. M. Shaffer's Obituary
Shaffer, Paul J.M., of Geneva, FL formerly of Deltona, FL, passed away on June 3, 2013. Paul was born on December 6, 1919 in Carbon, PA to parents Joseph Harry Shaffer and Anna “Sonnie” Shaffer. He was a Train Engineer for US Steel.
Paul is survived by Son: James A. (Donna) Shaffer; Daughter: Maryann “Shaffer” (George) Hrico; Grandchildren: Jennifer “Shaffer” (Eric) Violland, Melissa Hrico, David (Allison) Shaffer, Gabrielle “Hrico” (Chris) Holmes, and George Hrico; Great Grandchildren: Hanna Holmes and Caitlyn Shaffer. Paul was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Helen “Pilkington” Shaffer; Brother: David Shaffer; and Sister: Alova Blatnik.
A Visitation will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with a Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 PM at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL 32763.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out in memory of Mr. Shaffer to the SPCA of Central Florida, 2727 Conroy Road, Orlando, FL 32839.
