Pergie was a good friend of mine. When he worked at the WCPD I was working for the WPPD. We had many good times together, especially on Sunday mornings when the parkway would close down for bike riders. He would pick me up at the railroad station and we would sit in his patrol car and laugh the day away. When off duty we'd hang out with other officers from various departments. Rest in Peace my friend you will be missed. To Esperanza his loving wife our sincere condolences.
He will be missed. We worked together for many years. Our prayers go out to his wife and family.
I worked with Pat at WCPD for several years and he was always a gentleman and a fine bos. May he rest in peace.
