Nora Ellen Theison Payne, 69, of Orange City, passed away on Thursday January 23, 2014. Born November 8, 1944 in Mobile Alabama. Nora was a banker and had retired from Surety Bank in Deland, FL. She is survived by her Daughter Amy C. Hanson, (Orange City); Sons Steven D. Dibble (Palm Bay), Earl E. Deyette III (Orange City); Grandchildren Taylor S. Dibble and Trey C. Dibble. A Memorial Service will be held 1PM Saturday February 1, 2014 at Baldauff Family Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City FL. 32763
