Nelson H. Rodriguez Torres' Obituary
Nelson H. Rodriguez Torres age 78 passed away Tuesday April 23, 2024. He was the eldest son born April 22, 1946 to parents Emerito Rodriguez and Adoracion Torres. He was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico. Nelson and his family moved from Puerto Rico to Cleveland, Ohio. That was where Nelson met Felicita and they got married. He worked at General Motors for 31 years until his retirement and moved to Deltona, Florida. Nelson is survived by his wife Felicita. Children; Kizzy Vana, Irma Gayton (Wheeler), Jeannette Perez (Ismael), Miriam Paden (Joseph), Yvonne Rodriguez, Vilma Rodriguez, and Nidie Caradine. Brothers; Hector Rodriguez, Maximino Rodriguez, Felix Rodriguez and Francisco Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jose Rodriguez, Luis Rodriguez and a daughter Enid Rodriguez. His hobbies were base ball and collecting model cars. Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Tuesday April 30, 2024 at the Baldauff Family Funeral Home 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City, Florida 32763. Father Frank Cerio officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:30 PM until time of service. Burial to follow at Hollywood Cemetery, Orange City.
