Migdalia "Millie" Ruiz, 64 of Deltona passed away on November 26, 2020. She was born on January 31, 1956 in New York, New York to parents William and Angelita Ruiz. Millie is survived by her daughter Nadine Mallory; brother, Peter Ruiz; sisters, Evelyn Torres and Maritza Santana; 1 grandchild. She is retired from the Medical field. A Graveside service will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Hollywood Cemetery, 1031 S. Carpenter Avenue, Orange City, Fl 32763. Officiating is Gregory Mayhew.
