Michelle is survived by her husband James Hlywiak; Daughters, Candice Autrey and Alicea Hlywiak; Stepson, Jimmy Hlywiak; Grandson, Luke Gunst; Parents, Greg and Hope Autrey; Brother, Sean Autrey; Sister, Kim White; Son-in-law, Rob Gunst.
