Michelle and I grew up together on Alpine Avenue in Blue Ash. Her Grandmother and my Mother were good friends. As a little girls to young women, we shared many fun adventures! My earliest memory is of sitting on her Grandmother's front bedroom floor and coloring together, seeing who could stay within the lines the best! We rode bikes, played baseball and Barbie dolls, and we're annoying to our older siblings! We swam in our backyard pool, so many kid backyard campouts and sleepovers! We rode to school together, I even got to drive her beloved red Mustang, she was so happy when she first bought it! We traveled to Gatlinburg with her Grandmother, (I have pics), double-dated, and she even was a bridesmaid in my wedding! (See pic) As it often does, after graduation, sadly, life took us in different directions, but I am so happy we touched base a few years ago. My heart was broken to learn of Michelle's passing! I have since driven by our old childhood homes on Alpine, so many memories flooding in! I will treasure them all! My heart goes out to her husband, Jim, all the cherished children, family, and friends! Taken from this world much too soon, she will never be forgotten and always loved! I will always remember her smiling face, those eyes, and the way she tried to hold in her laughter! In life, we can count very few true friends. Thank you, Michelle, for being my very first, best, and dear friend. I love you...-Kim
