Chuck Winsor was a truly remarkable man of God, and Kristin and I consider it a profound blessing to have known and loved him as part of our Christ United Fellowship church family in DeLand. With his radiant smile and warm demeanor, Chuck had a gift for making everyone feel seen and valued, effortlessly turning strangers into friends. His deep desire to draw closer to Jesus and immerse himself in God’s Word continues to inspire us. That passion wasn’t just spoken, it was lived.
Chuck was a devoted and loving husband to Donna. One moment that will forever live in our memories is seeing them dance down the aisle after their wedding. What a beautiful reflection of their joy in the Lord and in one another! Through Chuck, God enlarged our own family with the blessing of their lives entwined with ours.
Chuck lived his life openly and unashamedly for Jesus Christ. No matter where he was, he made it known, through both word and deed, that Christ came first. He was the real deal: a faithful disciple who lived with grace, humility, and bold conviction. His life was a gift, and his presence a blessing.
Though we grieve his absence on this side of eternity, we rejoice in the assurance that Chuck is truly Home. We praise God for the legacy he leaves behind, a legacy marked by faithfulness to the Savior. Chuck, we miss you deeply. By God’s grace, we look forward to the day when we’ll be together again, most of all, with Jesus.
With Gratitude to Our Heavenly Father,
Dr. Austin and Kristin Brinkerhoff
