Marcel F. Pearson's Obituary
PEARSON, MARCEL F. – 50 of Deltona, died on March 30, 2012. Mr. Pearson was a Youth Counselor for The Boys and Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties and a Department of the Navy, United States Marine Corp Veteran. He was a very loyal husband and father to his family. His love for his family showed through his passion to help other children in the community. Marcel was a 2009 graduate of FTC (Florida Technical College)with an AA in Criminal Justice. He went on to further his education and was working on his bachelor's degree. His dream was to become a juvenile probation officer. Marcel was a kid at heart and enjoyed playing video games and watching pro wrestling with his son. When it came to his daughters, Marcel's soft side showed - the girls were his princesses.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, April 5, at Baldauff Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 1233 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, FL. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
In remembrance of Marcel, the family asks that donations be made to The Boys and Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties, 101 N. Woodland Blvd., Ste. 400, Deland, FL 32720.
