Grandma,
It has been just over a week since you left us and joined Grandpa in heaven and I am still in disbelief. The thing that puts me it ease is knowing that you are safe and happy where you're at and no longer suffering.
Love always,
Your Grandson Bobby
To My Mother In Law,
Dear Lee,
We sat beside your bedside, Our hearts were crushed .We did our best to the end,
Til we could do no more. In tears, we watched you fade away;
And though our hearts were breaking, we Knew you could not stay.
You left behind some aching hearts, that loved you most sincere;
You are a special person to a great many people. You probably did not even realize the kind of effect you have had on so many. You have been a dear Wife, Mother, Mother in law, grandmother, friend, business associate, to name a few. You have been a beacon that stands for virtuous living, standing strong for what is really important in life; family, integrity and the recognition that it is God's will to do good with the talents He has given us. Many of us could provide testimony regarding how special you were in their lives. They each could describe how your unique blend of honesty, responsibility, and your genuine interest, and devotion, made a difference in their lives. All of us will feel your loss in countless ways.
We are coping with a very complicated set of feelings, the joy and pride of having known you with the pain that comes with the reality that you are gone for a short while. For those of us that are strong in faith, we have no doubt that this loss is only temporary. We know where you are right now. You are in God's Heavenly Kingdom celebrating your wonderful, virtuous life along with Tony your husband and your family who have watched over you the years . You are now free from the pain and torment of the terrible disease that turned our lives upside down and inside out. You are in a place where peace, love, and joy far surpass the best this world has to offer and you deserve every last bit of it!
I will truly miss you.
Your Son in Law,
Dominic
Things we learn, love, and cherish are all small pieces of who we are brought to be. I live my life past tense, vicariously through the eyes of you Grandma and my Grandpa. I have,do, and will always cherish every moment I can remember with you both. You have taught me that weakness is only in the mind, and shown me that anything is possible with love, ambition, and drive. You taught me to fight till my last breath and to never surrender in adversity.
To live and to love is much different than to love and to live. I will forever be indebted to the love and comfort you have taught us, and taught us to pass along as our families grow. Your strength will forever sound through the foundation you and Grandpa built. You will be missed dearly, but now you can rest. Untill we meet again, with all of my Love, your boy.
Nick

My beautiful Grandma,
There are no words to describe how much you will be missed. Your warmth, wisdom and loving soul will live within me until we meet again. Even though your physical self is no longer with us, your spirit remains everywhere around us. Enjoy your new home in heaven with Grandpa.
Love you always,
