Luz D. Velez Rosa, 77 of Debary passed away on May 8, 2024. She was born on October 14, 1946, in Toja Baja, PR to parents Adolfo Velez and Delia Rosa. Luz is survived by her children, Eliut Mendez, Dalia I. Mendez, and Akyra Rivera; brothers, Adolfo, Jimmy and Wilbert; sisters, Elba, Ruthy, Ada, Sandra and Nicky; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed singing, dancing and playing the maracas. A visitation will be held 4:00pm-5:00pm with a 5:00pm Funeral Service, Monday, May 13, 2024, at Centro Internacional De La Familia, 2886 Elkcam Blvd, Deltona, Fl 32738.
