Lawrence Russell Beckley's Obituary
Beckley, Lawrence “Russ”, 90, passed away at the Cloisters in Deland on Sunday, April 29. Russ had an illustrious 30 year Navy career as a Master Chief as well as 22 years of Civil Service. Both careers took Russ all over the world doing work he loved. His passion for golf, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family rounded out a full and happy life. He was predeceased by his wife Tullia and is survived by stepchildren Steve Frater(Joan) and Nancy Dangel; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a niece and nephew.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 4 at 2:00 pm at Baldauff Funeral Home, 1233 Saxon Blvd. Orange City, officiated by Chaplain David Meyer.
