Kathleen "Cathy" Marie Minnick's Obituary
Kathleen (Cathy) Minnick passed into her eternal rest on May 11, 2026 in Orange City, Florida, at the age of 79. Born on February 2, 1947, in Astoria, New York, Cathy lived a life centered on family, friendship, and unwavering loyalty.
Cathy was the beloved wife of William Arthur Minnick, with whom she shared 40 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a loving home filled with strength, devotion, and cherished memories. Before retiring, Cathy worked for many years at Beall's Department Store, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.
In her free time, Cathy enjoyed doing puzzles, a hobby that reflected both her patience and determination. Those who knew her will remember her as loyal, strong-willed, family-centered, and a devoted friend.
She is survived by her husband, William; son, David Robert Pummer Jr, his wife, Heather and their daughters Emma and Callie; as well as extended family and friends that will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents Martin Francis and Lucy Elizabeth Tobin and her brother, John Patrick.
Cathy’s love and presence will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life
