John T Colbert's Obituary
John T. Colbert 70, passed away on August 20, 2015. He was born on March 22, 1945 in Miami, Florida to Pierce and Mary Pauline Colbert. He was a member of the United States Air Force and then went on to work for Lucent Technologies as a Training Instructor and Supervisor. John leaves behind his wife Susan (Sapp) Colbert, Children, John (Lisa) Colbert; Dawn (Clay) Crites; Time (Jenny) Colbert; Melisa (John) Jones; Grandchildren, Kelsey, Chase, Cameron, and Cody Colbert; Donnie and Eric Mash; and Ian Jones; Great-Grandchildren, Aubrey, Aubren, Jaylynn, and Lila; and his Sister Carol Poole. He is preceded in death by his Father Pierce and Son Joseph Sellers. John was a member of the Sanford Elk’s Lodge #1241, Sanford American Legion and the Sanford Yacht Club. He loved his dogs, Polly and Dylan, riding motorcycles, going golfing, camping and fishing. Donations may be made to the Leukemia Society.
Visitation will be held Monday August the 24, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Baldauff Funeral Home 1233 Saxon Blvd. in Orange City. Funeral Services will be Tuesday August 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
