Joan Ellen Coakley, 67, passed away suddenly at her home on November 28, 2022. She was born on October 19, 1955, in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Joan is survived by her son, Taylor David Neefe, her sisters, Louise Huber, J Neefe, Laura Gibbs and Mary Hansen. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gertrude Atwell and Arthur H. Neefe. Joan is a long time Deltona resident. Before she retired she was a teacher and a server. Services will be private.
