Jeffery Ryan, Luangratkhamkeo, 27 of Stevensville, Virginia passed away June 19, 2018. He was born on November 6, 1990 in Sanford, Florida to Barbara and Nosavanh Luangratkhamkeo.
Jeffery is survived by his parents, Barbara and Nosavanh; fiance, Kathryn Lynn; children, Masone and Myles; brother, Ryan; and sister, Stephanie; grandmother, Lois Canning; nieces, Alexis Cotty and Alyanah Cotty. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Khampiene and Ubone Luangratkhamkeo; and grandfather, Donald H. Canning.
He was employed by Builder First Source as a Truss Builder.
Jeffery enjoyed fishing, music, dancing, playing pool, horseshoes, corn hole, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
