I had the pleasure of working with Jacob at Amazon, no matter what, he was always smiling. It was a joy to work with Jacob, he had such a great sense of humor and positive outlook, he would go out of his way to help anyone. I will never forget the many laughs we shared together. I only met Jacob a few months ago at the Debary I Hop.. what a pleasant young man.... it was nice to meet a young man with an awesome personality and great manners.. my deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
