Herbert 'Herb' Sauer Jr.'s Obituary
Herbert “Herb” William Sauer Jr. passed away on January 15, 2016. Herbert was born on March 30, 1943 in Queens, New York to Herbert and Florence Sauer. He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Florence. Herbert is survived by his two children Kathleen Smith and Wayne Sauer; Brothers William and Kenneth Sauer; Sisters Marion Lawrence, Florence Smith, and Kathleen LoMonaco; Grandchildren, Nicole Smith, Scott Smith, Jonathon Sauer, and Isabella Sauer. He was a member of the United States Navy and a retired truck driver. In his spare time he enjoyed playing golf, buying lottery tickets, shopping and volunteering at Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City.
Visitations will be held on Tuesday January 19, and Wednesday January 20 from 5 to 8 PM at Baldauff Funeral Home 1233 Saxon Blvd. in Orange City. Funeral service will be Wednesday January 20, at 6 PM. Burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
