I shared many golf outings with Gary. My fondest memories are on the ice where we both enjoyed many days out chasing Lake Champlain's fish. Gary was a quality guy who was always there for anyone who needed help or fishing information. On one memorable day about 12 years ago one of our friends fell through the ice and Gary joined me in saving a life. His bravery going out on an inch of life to get the job done was inspirational to those who only stood back and watched. Until we meet again old friend.

Gary was a great guy, whenever I needed a helping hand he was there. We fished together in the 70s and he missed Wisconsin. I'd had never been to Wisconsin...then! Now I live there. He made wine out of everything! Lots of wine. Here's some photos from years ago. Gary helping to build a barn in Vernon. Gary helping to move a corvette body from one chassis to another.
