Frederick Alan Phillips 53, of Deltona passed away on June 11, 2020. He was born on August 19, 1966 in McKeesport, Pa to Frederick W.Jr. and Carole Phillips. Frederick is survived by his wife Kathy L. Phillips; children, Alexander Phillips and Bryan Phillips; mother, Carole Phillips; brother, Mark Phillips; sister, Melanie Jolly; grandchild, Kynsley Phillips. He is preceded in death by his father Frederick W. Phillips, Jr and sister, Holly Harr. Frederick worked as a repair station supervisor for Thales. He enjoyed traveling and relaxing on the beach.
