F. David Putnam's Obituary
F. David Putnam, 101 years, formerly of DeBary, Fl and Auburn, NY died January 3, 2014 after a brief illness.
Born and raised in Auburn, NY, he graduated from Randolph Macon Academy in Front Royal, VA and attended the Tri State College in Angola, IN. He was employed as a heating and ventilating engineer at Beardsley and Beardsley Architects for 31 years and was an active member and former president of ASHRAE, the American Society of Heating and Ventilating Engineers. After retirement, he relocated to DeBary, FL where he resided with his wife for 26 years.
Married for 74 years, David was predeceased by his wife Olive in 2006 and his brother John in 2013. Survivors include three children; Nancy of Hopewell, NJ,; David (Mary Lou) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Ned of New York, NY; one grandchild, Kirsten (John) Reback of Jupiter Beach, Florida; three great grandchildren; four nieces and one nephew.
