Eleanor M Peck's Obituary
Eleanor M. Peck 92, of Deltona passed away on Monday December 14, 2015. Eleanor was born on December 18, 1922 in Warehouse Point, CT to Louis and Margaret (Brown) Jenney. She is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Margaret, her siblings Douglas, Gordon, and Katherine of Belgrade, ME and her husband Bernard Jay Peck. Eleanor is survived by her children, Douglas Peck, Gayle Eastley, Diane Morren, Cheryl Hughes, and Kenneth Peck; Sister Lucille Nickless of Belgrade, ME; Brother Lawrence Jenney of Waterville, ME; Sisters-in- law Verna Jenney of Deland, FL and Belgrade, ME and Judy Jenney of Belgrade, ME; 14 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Eleanor had a Bachelor’s Degree from Luther Rice Seminary and worked as a Missionary and Teacher. She was a seamstress and enjoyed crocheting, and was an avid Scrabble player.
A Memorial service will be held on Sunday December 20, 2015 at 3 PM in Fellowship Baptist Church 114 Courtland Blvd, Deltona, FL 32738. Donations may be made to Fellowship Baptist, South American Mission.
