Edward James Lindberg's Obituary
Edward James Lindberg, 88, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in Orange City, Florida. He was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on April 19, 1927. Edward served in the Army towards the end of WWII, graduated from University of Chicago Law School in 1953, and worked in the title insurance business for over 45 years. He will be remembered for his kind and generous heart and wonderful laugh. He was a devoted Green Bay Packer fan, an avid reader, loved history and had a passion for gardening. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Arlene Lindberg, his daughter Cheryl (Eugene) Malin, his son Edward (Lisa) Lindberg, daughter Michele (Drahoslav) Palicka, son Steven Lindberg, grandchildren Michelle, Julia and Edward and brother Charles Lindberg. He was preceded in death by his brother Thomas Lindberg. A funeral mass will be held Friday 10 AM February 5, at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, 1310 Maximillian Street in Deltona, Fl. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to The Deltona Public Library Association.
