Earl Jennings Dennison's Obituary
Earl Jennings Dennison, 94, of Deltona passed away on August 29, 2019. He was born on August 26, 1925 in Cumberland, Maryland to parents Earl and Dallie Dennison. Earl is survived by his wife Dolores Emerick-Dennison; Children, Pamela (Fred) Dennison Ajluni and Edward Earl Dennison; brothers, Jerry (Carolyn) Dennison and Edgar Dennison; sister, Doris (Jack) Dennison Reed; 4 grandchildren; 1 grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ester Lee Dennison; brother, James Dennison and sisters-in-law, Lois and Beverly Dennison. Earl received a Bachelor of Science degree from Frostburg state teacher’s college and worked as a 6th grade teacher. He was a US Navy veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Earl was a Life member of the VFW post 6025, Mt. Savage, and enjoyed bible study, playing guitar, writing, oil painting, fishing and hunting. Services in Maryland are pending. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local VFW post.
