Life Legacy
Dorothy M. Higgins, age 89, of Deltona, Florida, passed away January 13, 2017 in the company of loving friends. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Cecilia and Martin Snell. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Morgan and the late Roy Higgins. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, daughter Kathleen Jones and her husband Fred and son Keith Morgan and companion Carol Sheline. She is the cherished grandmother of Kristine Johnson, Gregory Jones, Justin Morgan and Lyndsey Wagner and great grandmother of five. She was a lifelong employee of ATT and retired in 1985. A memorial service will take place on January 19th, 2017 from 2-4 PM in the chapel at Sterling Court Senior Living Center 1001 Alabaster Way, Deltona, Florida 32725.
